CHESTER Primer EL 10 M

Apply a thin layer of  Primer EL10M to the degreased and dry surface with a brush.
Wait until it dries. (10-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the  layer and ambient temperature).
Apply the right elastomer on the correctly prepared surface.
